Heart & Stroke Classic Lottery tickets are $100 each, a 3-pack for $250 and a 5-pack for $375.

50/50 Lottery tickets are a 5-pack for $25, a 15-pack for $50 and a 25-pack for $75.

March Money Lottery tickets are 4-pack for $20, a 12-pack for $50, a 20-pack for $75 and a 35-pack for $125.

For the Heart & Stroke Classic Lottery, there are 135,000 tickets available for purchase. An additional 6,750 Heart & Stroke Lottery tickets will be awarded as prizes as part of the Super Bonus Draw. Therefore, there are a total of 141,750 Heart & Stroke Classic Lottery tickets.

For the 50/50 Lottery, there is an unlimited number of 50/50 tickets available for purchase. For the March Money Lottery, there are 800,000 tickets available for purchase.

Yes, lottery tickets make the perfect gift! Please note that the Foundation is only responsible for communicating with the ticket Purchaser. Prizes will be awarded to the Purchaser named on the official ticket.

It is the sole responsibility of the Purchaser to track distribution of ticket number(s) and allocate any winnings.

Lottery tickets are non-tax deductible in accordance with Canada Customs and Revenue Agency policies. You may make a donation in addition to your ticket(s) request and receive a tax receipt for the donation portion of your order if your donation exceeds a minimum of $20.

Classic Lottery: The odds of winning any prize in the Heart & Stroke Lottery are approximately 1 to 2. There are 58,028 prizes available.

50/50 Lottery: The odds of winning the 50/50 Lottery are dependent on the number of 50/50 Lottery tickets sold. There are an unlimited amount of 50/50 Lottery tickets available for purchase.

March Money Lottery: The odds of winning the March Money Lottery are dependent on the number of March Money tickets sold. There are 800,000 tickets available for purchase and 3,177 prizes available.

There are 6,751 Super Bonus prizes to be awarded, consisting of one prize of $50,000 cash, and 6,750 prizes of one (1) free $100 Heart & Stroke Classic Lottery ticket.

Early Bird prize
There will be one (1) Early Bird prize to be awarded, consisting of one (1) Jeep Wrangler 4 door Sahara (Retail value at $83,918.86) and one (1) R-Series R15 boat (Retail value at $45,722.06). The total retail value of the package is $129,640.92 with a cash out value of $100,000.

The jackpot amount accumulates as more tickets are sold. The winner of the 50/50 Lottery will receive 50% (half) of the total accumulated jackpot. There is a minimum guaranteed payout of $500,000 and there is no limit to how big the jackpot can grow.  Last year in Winter 2024, the jackpot sum grew to over $2 million, and the winner took home over $1.2 million. Daily Prizes: There are 62 cash prizes of $10,000 each to be awarded for daily draws (at the rate of two (2) prizes per day between March 1 to 31, 2025). There will also be 3,100 prizes of $100 MasterCard Prepaid Cards awarded daily (at the rate of one hundred (100) prizes per day between March 1 to 31, 2025).

If all tickets for the Classic Lottery are sold before the Early Bird Deadline (February 7, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.), draws for all remaining prizes will be made on February 20, 2025, at approx. 10:00 a.m. The first draw will be for the Early Bird Prize; followed by the small prizes, Gift Cards, Mastercard Prepaid cards, 2 Vacation Cash Prizes, and 5 Grand Prizes.

50/50 and March Money tickets will remain available until the Final Deadline on February 14, 2025 at 11:59 p.m., or while supplies last. The final draws will take place on February 27, 2025 at approx. 10:00 a.m.

Yes, after each winning ticket number is drawn and recorded, it is then returned to the pot and is eligible for all subsequent draws.

All winners will be notified by email or telephone with details on how to claim their prize. Physical prizes will be shipped free of charge to the address provided on the prize winners’ ticket. Classic Lottery: All winners (in each case, the Purchaser named on the drawn ticket) will be notified in writing within 4-6 weeks of the prize draw and major prize winners ($5,000 and greater in prize value) will also be contacted by phone on the day of the prize draw. Where an email address is not provided, winners will be notified in writing by mail within 6 weeks of the prize draw. From the first draw date on October 31, 2024, winners will be posted on the Heart & Stroke Lottery website and social media pages. Bonus Draw winners (in each case, the Purchaser named on a drawn ticket) will be contacted by phone on the day of the prize draw and will be notified in writing by email within 1 week of the prize draw. Where an email address is not provided, Bonus Draw winners will be notified in writing by mail within 6 weeks of the prize draw.

Beginning March 1, 2025, winners of Daily Cash ($10,000) will be posted every day on the Heart & Stroke Lottery website and through social media. Daily Cash winners (in each case, the Purchaser named on a drawn ticket) will be contacted by phone on the day for which their winning ticket was selected and will be notified in writing by email within 1 week of the day for which their winning ticket was selected. Where an email address is not provided, Daily Cash winners will be notified in writing by mail within 6 weeks of the day for which their winning ticket was selected.

Beginning March 1, 2025, winners of Daily Mastercard Prepaid Cards will be posted every day on the Heart & Stroke Lottery website. Daily Mastercard Prepaid Card winners (in each case, the Purchaser named on a drawn ticket) will be notified in writing by email within 4-6 weeks of the day for which their winning ticket was selected. A complete winners list will be available at https://order.heartandstrokelottery.ca/winners on April 1, 2025.  

Prizes will be awarded to the Purchaser named on the official ticket. A copy of a government issued photo ID may be required to claim the Prize. By claiming a prize, the winner (i.e., successful purchaser) consents to the use of their likeness (photograph, if available), first and last name, ticket number, city or town of residence, video recording (when available only) and transcription/recording of the winner notification phone call to be used for any publicity purposes by the Foundation.

Prizes of $5,000 and greater of value: Winners will be contacted by phone on the day of the prize draw, followed by an email or mail providing details on how to claim their prize. Please allow a minimum of 6 weeks for delivery or prize from draw date. Delivery time for vehicles and boats may be longer. Vehicle and boat winners are responsible to licence and insure the vehicle from the time of ownership. Winners will be required to sign a full & final waiver and release prior to the transfer of the prize and may be required to sign a full & final waiver and release of the prize supplier.

Electronics / merchandize prizes: All winners (the Purchaser named on the drawn ticket) will be notified in writing within 4-6 weeks of the prize draw. The prizes will be delivered directly to the winner’s address within 6-8 weeks of the draw date.

MasterCard(s): All winners (the Purchaser named on the drawn ticket) will receive the prepaid Mastercard(s) in the mail within 6-8 weeks of the draw date. Each prepaid Mastercard will be mailed separately to the winner (the Purchaser named on the drawn ticket).
